Typically projects move from designed to completed within 3-8 weeks depending on the project. There's a few factors (crew availability, weather, project scheduling) that can affect the timeline. We'll keep you posted on our exact lead times during your free design and quote visit!
Great question! Whether you have an old deck you want to replace, or want to build a new deck from scratch - we've got you covered. We build new decks, full deck replacements, and deck resurfaces (replacing deck boards and railing - keeping the underlying structure).
We also offer repair, staining, and general home maintenance as well!
Fall / winter is actually the best time to get your deck project on the schedule!
1. Every spring, labor and materials go up in price. You can get in now, before the price jumps up!
2. We won't be in your way! We'll get the build completed while it's chilly, so that it's ready to go on that first nice spring day.
3. Timing. When spring rolls around, your deck likely won't be completed until late-fall, because there's a large surge of homeowners who want to get their deck projects done. When you start your deck project in the fall / winter, it guarantees that you'll enjoy it for the entire spring, summer, and fall season of next year.
